6 YEARS LATER and during quarantine…workout complete!!! ❤ i have lost count of how many times i have done this workout, but in my opinion it was THE workout that changed my body. Love u Kelli and Daniel!!!
This one flew right by, inspite of the jump squats. Thankfully the exercises are in decreasing order of difficulty. So I really enjoyed doing this workout. Looking forward to the soreness tmrw 😉

Who's watching butt exercises?
I didn't have any weights and added several breaks, so I didn't expect this to do much to me. The next morning I couldn't get up from the toilet.
Not sure if you see the comments, but I want you to know that I really enjoyed this workout. It's short, but it's a doozy. Wiped me out just as effectively as a 45 minute lower body routine!

I heard going lower than 90 degrees in squat is bad for your knees. My physical therapist told me that. And ever since i just do 90 degrees and my knees dont hurt cuz i only do 90 degrees.
Lol, so sore today after doing this workout yesterday. I can hardly walk. Those 5 jump squats in between sets really cranked up the intensity on this one! Thank you for this video. It's over six years old, but still going strong. Fitness Blender and Yoga with Kassandra are my go-to workout channels on Youtube. You both skip the chit chat, and focus on the workout out.
Love this workout. I esp love the ones that mix some kind of cardio in between each round of weights. I think next time I'll add the extra jump squats in between the mat work too for extra calorie burn 12.11.20
