so how long should I workojt to loose body fat and build muscle? I know diet is the most important part of it combine with a good exercise program. I been lifting 3x a week not heavy just high reps and the other 2 or 3 days I been doing 30 min hitt workouts, like 40 sec on 20 off or 30 on 30 off

i hiit workout 15 min a day for 2 month + running for 20-30min and still lose 10kg

HIIT is about EPOC. Yes burning 200 calories DURING the workout doesn’t seem like a lot, but your metabolism will be slightly elevated for the next 24-36 hours. The overall caloric deficit at the end of the day will equal a 30-45 minute steady state workout.

What if you like do 15 minutes of yoga in the morning. And be fairly active during in the day and be more active than other days. But, then also do a cardio workout of 15 minutes in the afternoon but then also be doing a 5 minute warm before the cardio workout and also a 5 minute cool down after the workout. Will that aid me to lose weight? Doing that for 3 weeks. And then after three weeks changing up the workout for the afternoon workout. Still being like a cardio workout. The cardio workouts I’m talking about are like jump squats, ab in and outs, Spider-Man planks, squat shuffling, things like that.

You can do close to two miles in 15 minutes if you are in decent shape. Add some hills and I'd say that's a pretty intense workout.

Guys, build muscle does not have to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Okibetonic Secrets. Seriously, that course has transformed my entire life. I probably shouldn't even be talking about it because I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

ok i need to correct here, the calorie deficit during excersize is nothing, but building muscle through 15-20 mins workouts helps you burn more calories in the long term. I do 20 mins cardio a day, My BMR has shot up!

As someone who doesn’t have a lot of free time and hates exercising, the 15 minute workouts help establish a routine/habit without dread. Plus, I think 15 minutes is better than nothing

a low impact 15 min workout is nice after run . it helps to normalize your body. works for me for days I can wake up or just didn't die in traffic and run 🙂
