Hey Cassey! I actually needed a work out like this. I have back issues and it’s always hard and uncomfortable for me to do most ab workouts. BUT THIS WORKOUT IS AMAZING

Is it just me or does anybody here also makes farting sounds with their lower back when doing this workout? My lower back and the floor has a hollow space and that's where the sound comes from. How can I improve it? Thanks.

i really having problem in crunches. I know it keep saying not use the neck but I end up using it to pull myself up and then hurting my neck afterwards. Also, I don't know when it say press your back on the ground because I always feel my tailbone and it hurts..
I would kill an "Ill Make a Man Out of You" song challenge. It's not pop but it's one of the ultimate workout songs
