This workout combines the fat burning intensity of HIIT and the muscle toning power of pilates! We will start with a quick dynamic warm up followed by six power-packed moves – 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. After 4 rounds, we’ll do a Core Burnout for your abs!

Today’s class is called FAT BURN MACHINE by PIIT28. It’s a total body cardio and body toning workout.

Your PIIT moves are:

1. Squat Hop
2. Tricep Kick & Dip
3. Push Up Burpees
4. Plank Twist Up
5. Plie Hop
6. Standing Rollover

Now imagine…you can become a PIIT28 certified trainer and teach this class to your own students! You don’t need any pre-requisites. I’ll teach you everything you need to know in the training portal. Diet Plan called Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on many youtube and I thought they were scam. However after my cooworker follow it, and finally lost tons of weight with it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. You should not take my word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.

I litterly feel SO guilety. I'm going through a phase where my belly fat DOESN'T WANT TO STOP GROWING! so i'm trying AS HARD as possible to get rid of it but- NETFLIX AND PANCAKES ARE ADDICTING! So here i am, one month later trying to get a flat stomach by the end of the month. Which I KNOW is not going to work. BUT- caseys videos make it so much better! honestly i only watch her videos when it comes to working out.
Oh yeah, a little tip btw, if you only workout your abs, your belly fat isn't gonna go away! you gotta do cardio because exersizing your abs will only make your stomach look bigger because your abs are getting stronger! oh yeah and eat clean. don't STARVE yourself. By the way I'm not an expert so don't judje me. omg this comment is HUGE

coming in at the end of 2021! – just remember it's OKAY to pause if it gets hard, just remember to keep going! and focus on posture and not how many you can complete in 45 secs 🙂

Wow ! I forgot how great the PIIT workouts were, haven’t done them in at least 3 years because I started kickboxing. I just felt like doing it all of a sudden now that I moved into my own apartment. So When I first did PIIT I never realize how effective they were until today when I tracked my heart rate. For At least 24 minutes my heart rate was 84% and ABOVE. Which means my heart is beating 160 beats per min or more. Because of this I have the ability to burn calories even after the workout is finished. Love it! Thank you Cassey! Missed you!

Dear Future Grass, I almost cried while doing this video. I HATE CARDIO (except for dance) and this video has more cardio than I'm used to. An extra round of squat jumps, an extra round of burpees, etc. But even then, I pushed through without extra breaks. Even if I wanted to quit with a passion!

And, that roll up stand up move? MASTERED IT! I started the video not being able to do them and ended up mastering them! You're supposed to keep your legs apart wide!

I'm really proud of myself for pushing through the cardio even if I wanted to cry at one point! I should give myself more credit.
