Just did this in my lunch break. Raneir is my favourite, he always makes me smile even if it's a workout I've done many times before. I enjoyed this one as there were some moves that I've not done before and really had to focus on my balance. More Raneir please!!!!

My favorite trainer! I love love love his tempo. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate when he takes a couple seconds before each move to exemplify the move and show us how to do it with good form. I also like a couple minutes of stretching afterwards and how he includes the reasons why we do certain moves and why we stretch. Its upbeat, fun, effective and you feel reassured even when you’re having a hard time because it’s all individual. I love his workouts.

I was skeptic about Agoge Diet because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.

I've done this workout at least 3 times. The chop with dumbells is not enjoyable at all and I can see people get injured by this like I did. I did hit my knee cap with the dumbell and the second time slipped.
Why would I create a diet plan myself when there are people who certainly do that better then me? Visit Agoge Diet and get your personalized meal plan.
