How do I get motivation to do exercise? I try to do exercise but I don't find motivation.
Could my birth control be preventing me from losing weight? I have been doing 5-6 of your workouts the past 4 weeks, I am very health conscious and eat a well rounded diet. I would say I have about 10 pounds of unwanted weight, mostly focused in the belly area. Before fitness blender I was exercising but definitely not challenging myself as much as I have been. Any other thoughts on what my problem may be?! Thank you

What you're saying really clicked after I did an HIIT. I've been slouching since I can remember and after the workout when I sat down I realised I've sat more straight. It meant all the world to me and I could care less about calories at that moment. You two inspire people without neither putting them down or sugarcoating it. I learned to love exercising thanks to you. You deserve all the best.
