As always a great stretch routine. Daniel is very clear and concise in his instructions and always gives the participant a chance to go that bit further or lessen the stretch if necessary. when I do the seated torso rotation it hurts my lower back. I don't know what it's supposed to be stretching, so I'm finding it hard to correct myself. can anyone enlighten me as to where I should feel the stretch?

Both of my knees (and sometimes other parts of my body) keep shaking while doing these stretches and I've been doing them for months now. What could be the reason for this? Is there something I could do to prevent that from happening? I do enjoy these stretches, so I don't want to stop doing them, but the shaking's disconcerting nonetheless.
Will this help alleviate knee spur pain?
