Hi Nicole, I love your attitude and ability to inspire me. There is one comment i would make and this is not for you alone, but all the Instructors, have you considered the language which is being used,? i am referring to terms like 'you guys' and 'guys', in this day and age this is not inclusive language for any individual who does not identify as male. And I for one do not like to be addressed in this way, although I know that with you in particular it is in total innocence, as it used to be with me when i used this term, and others. Now enlightenment and the knowledge that we should all become aware of how we use language and ensure we are using inclusive not exclusive terms, so 'folks', everyone, everybody and your term 'people' are good to go. That way you will be leading the pack to a better world – Maybe you could pass this along the line. Hugs

wooaaahhh these exercises are somple and yet it gives you that burn…. i have a soggy arms like the size of my leg.. hopefully these exercises will help me get into shape… thanks for sharing this workout

I just looked at your video it looks pretty good I will do it some of the things I cannot do because I have bad hands and wrist from too many surgeries carpal tunnel. But otherwise I think this is a really good video

How devious are those arm movements? Next time I'll try with my 3 lbs dbells but wowza did that get the job done. I did this workout post KettleBell complex and heavy band workouts, for a home workout Nicole gave me a serious workout.
