I really liked this, I think it's a sort of mindful workout because you have to be aware of what you're doing! Probably the next time I'll do it it will be perfect since I will focus on the muscles more thoroughly! Thank you PS and Maeve ❤️

50% of time i did the wrong workout, it may be due to wrong angle or the instruction of left n right was wrong. but this workout is good.

I think this is a unique video and like the slightly different approach. The instructor is confident and seems to know anatomy well. For me, it was a gradual challenge and by the end, I felt I'd had a good workout. I tell everyone about PopSugar! I don't belong to a gym, and PopSugar is my home workout routine. Thank you for all you do on the PopSugar team!

Definitely a slow burn kind of workout, low impact, and good for when you’re feeling sore from a different exercise routine. As a former dancer, I can see where several body angles would be awkward (a lot of turning toes inward) but it’s just another way to move my body. At least it’s a free workout!

This surprisingly hard because it looks easy. Great side stretching for those of us sitting a lot who are getting tight. and I could feel the deep glute burn. no jumping required. It’s like a standing Pilates class.. Agree with others who said we need side camera angles as it’s hard to see the move from the front.

A few movements were a bit strange but you definitely need to be concentrated on proper form and breathing here

Could definitely feel the muscles working, especially when she directed me in what to flex and what heel to put my energy into, etc. Would love to know what I’m doing wrong to make my back hurt while doing it. I tried to tuck in my tailbone and flex my core, but didn’t seem to help. I think this can be super effective if I figure that out!

I've never done anything like this. Hoping this actually helps with toning because there was no cardio

Lily Pebbs April 30, 2020 - 1:05 pm

For those cardio lovers, this workout isn’t to sweat. It’s to activate your muscles and work on your form like she said. A good workout doesn’t necessarily mean seating like 😜 crazy

A completely different work out all together. It was my first time and loved it. Although it may be a bit difficult to get acquainted to the moves quickly, you eventually get there! Really liked it.

i feel bad after this workout. my back is in pain and the movements are really unpredictable and unusual. i stopped training at 12 minutes and wasn't mentally ready to do something else

The people that left at the 6 minute mark left during the warm-up. They should have stayed for the rest of the workout. The people that said the felt something after the 10 minute mark, I agree with. I just started working out due to my quarantine fifteen so I felt it a couple minutes earlier than them. The exercise was great and I did have a little bit of sparkles (sweat). lol

I'm glad I didn't get discouraged by the negative comments because I really liked this workout. I think it's more a workout for those who enjoy pilates/yoga than those who enjoy cardio. You truly have to focus on the muscle you wanna work on to feel it 🙂

This is exactly the kind of workout I've been looking for!! All about being deliberate and mindful, so you recruit the right muscles – which also means recruiting your humility/acceptance with your current ROM. What's the point of working out if we're not learning how to listen to our own bodies in order to know how to move safely & strongly (vs. making it look a certain way)! My Range of Motion is super teeny in most of these moves haha – but I can feel it where I know I'm meant to bc it burrrnsss but I also feel great! All in the spirit of healthy posture, balance and alignment. Love this.

The movements look weird especially at the beginning (with the weird music too) but it is such a good complementary workout for my hit and cardio sessions. It helps you become more mindful with your movements and I always feel sore after doing this. I recommend it!

What is a P stand? I do not understand the proper way to mobolise my muscles. The video needs more detailed explanations for people with no past experience of this type of training. Too bad because it looked interesting.

I've done a lot of the workouts on this channel and this was by far my least favorite. I kept waiting for the workout to actually begin. This should definitely be labeled as Beginner.

Difficult to understand, hand to stop in the middle to find out what was the move, not a good exercise to do online definitely.

I enjoyed this but agree with other people’s comments; my lower back really ached by the end of the first half, no matter how hard I tried to engage my core and glutes. An ok workout…

You don't burn a lot of calories with this but the benefits are beyond that. The stretch effect and isometrics are great recoveries for spinning. I felt my lower back twinge when I started but bracing my abs and closing my ribs helped. All in all, loved it!
