Hi friends and Kelli&Daniel!! Greetings from Turkey🥰 Im 21. I met FB when I was 15. I had high body fat , belly fat and love handles. I lost 17 kg (in 4 months) 6 years ago. But, I have hypothyroid problems. So, I gained about 20 kg. I weigh 85 kg in the end of March. Then I decided to do FB videos again. Now I am 72 kg. Lost 13 kg in only 2 months!!! I dont eat sugar, too salty and oily. I really thank Daniel and Kelli. You both are precious for me. You help us to be healthy,more happy. I hope your all dreams come true. 🤍

Holy cow! Thought I'd add a cardio after this as I usually do upper or lower body strength/muscle work then follow with cardio. Butt/ thigh are toast and got my heart rate up on cardio. Great mix for a quicker workout
Wow, that was great. I just loved “you keep going; just kidding, stop if you need to”. Haha. Those jump squats are killer for 45 seconds!

i am proud of myself that i got through so much i feel likea new person after going through those 2 minutes out of 34
I was doing this exercise in harmony but verything changed when the jump squats attacked…
Seriously tho I can't do it longer than 10 seconds so I ended up with squath&reach.
Well, the work outs are just fabulous.
Edit : ……..and so are the snickers😍😍
I did 35 min on the bike + that workout = Happy for the day!

i love kelli!!!! she's so real. whenever i felt tired and looked at her it was like she's going through the exact same pain which really helps and makes u realise tht u r not weak.
