I'm so glad I finished this workout feeling blessed and grateful for having a body that lets me do all these amazing routines! This is a reminder to be thankful!
I used to do Pilates, yoga, weight lifting exercises, zumba quite often from home because I struggled with anxiety and also I wanted to feel stronger. but then I stopped and haven't worked out in a good several months to a year I'd say. which is really bad when your an anxious person like myself. Recently though I've been dealing with alot of stress from losing my job and having to start all over with that process, so its been a tough month and half. and I was sitting on my bed thinking I'm feeling a bit anxiety I should try to do something to get my body working. and I came across this video NOT knowing what the work out was going to be like . OOMG I'm for sure going to be sore BUT it honestly felt great to feel all of those sensations when your working out. As tired , hot and muscle burning as it was. For sure going to try to do this one every week. Thankyou
didn't work out for a year and today I had a strong desire to start changing my body. I came to this practice and it was just perfect to kick my muscles into work. not too hard, not too easy – just perfect to restart my journey <3 Thank you!

Not the best Kit Rich or popsugar workout I have done. This one is crammed tight with back to back exercises, with limited ability to focus and strengthen. By the time you actually "learn" a move, oops sorry, time to move on to the next one. Sorry I expected better from Kit Rich. Definitely love her other cardio pilates workouts better.
