I absolutely love this workout and the trainer’s energy. I would suggest putting ads at the beginning or end of the workout. It feels so disruptive to have them in the middle of a workout. Thanks for being receptive to my feedback!

I like this but, she was speaking too fast and I have been doing Pop Sugar Workouts for 2-4+ yrs and never heard the lead instructor talk so fast or move so fast into next move. It would help if she slows down some talking and when transitioning to next moves.
