Great going guys. So addicted to your work out routines.
Is there any workout to help lose the weight of the lower belly?
I counted 4 exercises, did I miss something?

I know that you receive a stack of thankyou's but I don't care! I just wanted to say thankyou FitnessBlender! Exercise is a part of my life, it makes me feel ready to go to work and put in my all. I feel stronger and proud of myself for just giving it a go every day. I love pilates, and your workouts are terrific. There isn't enough yoga out there, that could be a popular workout. What would be the FitnessBlender twist on Yoga?
I am enjoying the variety in your workouts, as anybody who exercises regularly

My physiotherapist told me nobody should do crunches….i forgot to ask why that is….any idea?

anyway… i enjoy watching Fintnessblender videos and they are superb… once can easily do those steps at home. so no excuse for not having time for gym or not having enough space in your bedroom …:)

Great workout I did 1.5 times after a twenty minute threshold cycle indoor …. I have to say in sore which never happens

There is nothing worse than your abs burning! I'm determined to get them though so I will keep pushing!
I have a question I've posed to several YouTube fitness folks, and now I'll ask you. Seem's as if no-one can answer this:
Are you aware of any chest/back exercises that can be done that do not require the use of the right hand? Bands, pushups, pullups, barbells and dumbells cannot be used.
