this is a great one for quick movement, but with a good amount of balanced variety. loved it!
as someone who cant dance, i did not like this. felt like a total klutz and her directions aren't super clear. movements change too often for me to get a grasp on what is actually happening and how im supposed to feel it. the only thing that happened for me was getting hot, not even sweaty.
I have to stop doing dance cardio workouts. Most of them are extremely hard to follow as the instructor doesn't explain the moves or give you time to get into it. I feel so clumsy.

This is great bodyworks and i can confirme this, … it release all yr tensions 🦶🦵💪💃 i'm very happy and will complète to follow yr mouvement that what i need till my old days🤣🤣🤣, i suggère this to start with 5min and built up progressivement to 20min and it works ,y will need this in all yr life time, where ever y will be ,no need to running..swimming..ect… relaxxx happy to see this and thank y🤞🤞🤞👍👍👍
Great workout, so too hard to follow bc i follow few instructor. The steps is much easier. Combination of hiit and ballet make the workout balance, suitable for new joiner

EXCELLENT, easy to follow and lots of movements that helped me stretch my sore muscles LOVED IT.
After making a workout, like just the typical excercise, I really feel like I don´t wanna do a super big effort so I came to dance this video again and again cause it just makes our muscles work but it is not too heavy. I love it! So enjoyable girls

I'm always wary of dancey workouts, but this was just the right balance of fun moves. Got a surprisingly good workout here. Would have liked a bit more cueing/demoing before each move, but they were easy enough to slip into.
Pretty bad dance video. Changes were way too fast and they start the next movement before they even tell you what they're doing. Not idea. Have danced for 15 years + and I can say this is not how a dance class should run (or aerobic workout.)
