Great work out! The ads that interrupted the workout however, were very annoying and demotivating. One ad even was for chips!🤣

Today is my second fasting day of the week on 5:2 intermittent fasting, and I was feeling fatigued this afternoon, just wanting to lie down somewhere. I just finished this workout, and this was of just perfect intensity to break sweat and get me up and going again!
