Fitness Blender is five years old! We’re celebrating 5 years of hard work, all of the great people we’ve met (you guys!) and how far we’ve come. Soon you’ll get to see the new studio along with behind the scenes clips as it was being built, and next week we’ll be releasing workout videos that were filmed in our new space. We are so grateful for everyone who chooses to workout with us. We are 5 years in but still just getting started, and we are so excited to have you guys along for the ride with us. There are lots of great things that we’ve been working on behind the scenes that we can’t wait to show you. Everything you see on FitnessBlender.com was built by just two people, which I think proves anything is possible when you put your heart and mind 100% into it. I lost over 50 lbs by my method but I wanted loose more weight so I found your videos on Youtube. I've been following you since January and I already lost 10 more lbs! One time, I was following your workout at gym a woman often come up to me and ask where did I get my routines. I recommended you guys' videos and she loved it! She's elementary school PE teacher and she said she's applying your routines for the class as well. 🙂

I remember being distraught because money got tight and I didn't have money for a PTer anymore and classes are hard because they don't always fit my work schedule. Then I found this site and I have been with you ever since. That was about 3+ years ago. I have been happy ever since.
