update: I managed to do 1:10seconds before I went to knees so massive improvement 🙂 I'm so proud of myself thanks Daniel for your videos

I can't do a regular crunch/ situp idk does it require upper abs? Cause I cant fully rise up unless someone steps on my feet you know? So was wondering what I have to do to be able to do that

What I love about you guys (Daniel and Kelli) is that you actually feel the pain too, rather than those other workout vids you see where the trainers are just doing everything mechanically!

How does he do his workouts without resting in between reps?
I love these workouts,but I'm not sure which ones I should be doing. I'm supposed to be getting married in two months and I need to lose a substantial amount of weight,I understand that's not realistic in that amount of time. I've changed my eating habits,I just need some recommendations,btw I just stumbled on these workouts two weeks ago

I hope you realize what an an amazing fitness instructor you are! I can't tell you how many times I'm on the brink of relaxing or stopping in the middle of a workout or I lose track of my breathing and you always reel us back in at the perfect moment. Thank you guys for being my favorite fitness channel and for helping so many of us get in shape and get to where we want to be physically.
