I’m sure you guys are as excited as I am that my good friend Rosanna Pansino is joining us for the 100 Ab Challenge today!! Normally I give my friends a little break and let them choose one of the easier moves, but NOT TODAY!! Sorry (not sorry), Ro.

We’ll be doing 100 sit ups, but if you do start to get tired, feel free to switch to crunches and only come up halfway!

March 6,my legs are on fire too( I don't have weights so I used 2 pillows and put an iron rod on it ✌️…but as it's not that heavy I have to use my core as well as my legs)

I'm doing this everyday now plus the 100 glutes, I think the 3rd or 4th time now in a row and hello….never loved my body more in years

Sometimes I worry about being a little slow on these cause I’m not the best at them so I keep my eyes shut and tell myself not to stop at the breaks so when I get through it it feels awesome and so worth it every time
