I did it wrong. I made it too much into a crunch so the movement became uncontrolled. Have to do it again. This challenge already helps me to get into the routine of exercising at home. Thank you Cassey!!!!🗽

i did the challenge last month and didn’t notice too much effect on my body but definitely my stamina got better! i’m now doing it again and can’t believe i’m this far x

Weather?it's Rainy …..this is easy but not in one shot 😅
It's hard for people who have not much muscles on lower body(legs etc). Feels like I have more endurance/muscles on my upper body but none on my legs 😭

8/9/2020. Started just after midnight (so….actually on the 10th; 12:23am). My night ran long, but I did it! The weather? Don't know. Can't see; pitch black lol

Just me or hips are locking every second
Although I was dying yesterday with the roll ups, today I even made extra 20 🙂 and I hate exercising, you have accomplished what nobody else could Cassey, I am actually even enjoying the challenge! I’m even posting it on my IG stories @stwRozcio ^_^

I did it with mostly feet on floor. 😬
Since this wasn’t as brutal as other days, I did 100 per side. With a pause to readjust, since I was sliding. Felt right.
I didn't stop and I finally felt the pain in my abs!!

bro I swear these ab workouts target my neck more than my ab at times lol. Anyway, keep going y'all <3
honestly idk how y’all be doing these with no breaks, like right through to 100, even 50. I be dying at 15 and have to stop every 10-15 counts😭 all y’all are so amazing. Im 2 years late but I got this one done after a few breaks
I felt like a dying cockroach the whole time because these things are definitely not my forte and I felt so uncomfortable because they felt a lot like bicycles, but I eventually did them all 😭😭
