Ready to see your first 7 moves of the #2020Challenge?! I’m doing it a little differently this year – I’ll be releasing one video every week of the challenge that shows ALL your moves for the week. So you can watch just to learn the moves or you can do it with me! And remember that we’ll be doing 20 reps of abs every day + 20 reps of another exercise like booty, arms, etc.

Btw, it’s not too late to text my number (510-692-4556) to get daily reminders from me when it’s time to do the challenge! So far I’m LOVING being able to actually connect with and support you guys. This link also works:

This week’s moves are:

WED: Jan. 1st (starts 1:35) – 20 squats + 20 rope climbs (butt + abs)
THURS: Jan. 2nd (starts 4:07) – 20 cobra push ups + 20 roll ups (arms + abs)
FRI: Jan. 3rd (starts 6:55) – 20 plie squats + 20 V ups (legs + abs)
SAT: Jan. 4th (starts 9:48) – 20 parachuters + 20 jackknives (back + abs)
SUN: Jan. 5th (starts 12:40) – 20 hip twists + 20 star abs (obliques + abs)
MON: Jan. 6th (starts 15:18) – 20 burpees + 20 leg up crunches (cardio + abs)
TUES: Jan. 7th (starts 18:10) – 20 plank walk openers + 20 double leg lifts (total body + abs)

I just did this whole thing without stopping! I wanted a longer workout so this was the winner….. I find the breaks between the days just enough to catch my breath! That was awesome!! Love it

I found the burpes a bit too easy, so to make it harder do a pushup instead of the leg bit, and jump from there.

I’ve been going through this series again while I’m stuck in quarantine.

For an extra challenge I’m doing the full week (one video) everyday for the entire week. And then after that week moving on to the next video and repeating. Anyone want to join?

What do you do if you have Diastasis recti? I know that apparently regular crunches or going in that motion can make it worse. is alternative motions?

I love these workouts! (And your awesome outfit, by the way). My main forms of exercise are running and biking, but I've been trying to get into pilates as a way to gain more core strength and flexibility. Thanks for cheerfully leading us to better health!

I just completed day four! Those sit ups are rough! I'm definitely feeling the burn when I twist in certain directions. I'm not sore enough to impact my daily life though, and I appreciate it.
