I love these moves because they’re fluid, graceful, elegant and sexy – and they remind me of dancing! I feel so confident doing them, so I know you will too!
We’re gonna start with a quick ab warm up to get all those core muscles working. This no-equipment workout targets the upper abs, lower abs, inner thighs, outer thighs, shoulders, and arms!

I actually got really excited when she asked “What color are your nails” because I got my nails done at a 5-star salon for the first time before I did this workout for the first time. My nails, at the time, were merlot red, a color I’d never worn before. They were gel nails, too, a first for me. Im addicted to jelly nails now and I hope I can do my own a natural pink once a month! Also I love this workout! It’s perfect for the morning!

Yay! This was the perfect video to get me started back into a workout routine. I first watched your videos back in highschool and college and LOVED the results and your cheery disposition. Your chats are such a helpful distraction from the burn too. I love pilates! It's like the cheapest workout you can get. You don't even need shoes! Haha
At first,i thought people were exaggerating over the sore limbs. As soon as i reached for my device,i realised how much it hurts.
I truly love this workout. Whenever I feel sick and tired, after doing this short excercise, I feel so much better and relaxed
(It's such a wrong decision to do cardio wks without these kinds of lighter and stretching exercises)
