Love this as an extended warm up before heavy lifting leg day. I lift heavier than ever when I do this first!

sis ive been sore for 2 days
I always use short workouts like these to start my mornings when I don't have a lot of time to commit to a full workout but still want to work towards getting this body right. I noticed that the number of jump squats I can do without getting tired has increased. I still need to stop and take a breath but I'm glad that I am starting to see results.
I haven't worked out in 3 months now, this video was a great booty activation. Thank you much
