Today, for the first time in the 100 Glute Challenge, we’ll be doing… *drumroll*… SQUATS! For Day 25 we’re taking them to the next level and adding a leg lift, but don’t worry – this time we are only doing 100 total! Shout out to my friend Natalie (aka Natalie’s Outlet) for joining us!!

On another note they mentioned breast implants cause issues. They do, so if u have health issues u can’t figure out it might be ur boobies

I’m doing this challenge along with the 100 ab challenge and I’ve noticed a difference! My legs are more toned my butt is smaller and lifted, clothes fit differently and my abs are a little more defined and my stomach is flatter! Definitely gonna keep doing more of your workouts, then start these challenges again and see how I compare from when I first started
