His humour and energy is infectious! I love how he uses the rest periods to show us what is coming next so I don't lose seconds of the next slot trying to figure out what to do, but can just right into the exercise. He's fantastic and definitely one of my favourite popsugar trainers!

Why have I never been able to do a push up? EVER?? I MUST be doing it wrong?? Any tips? My arms just can’t seem support me, even on my knees.
I always flop the last inches
onto the floor!! (NOT helped by having awful frozen shoulder in 2018/2019😱)
I’ve got strong shoulders, and great biceps, and work my triceps but poss not enough?? (I’m big chested)
Any tips on correct technique? or exercises I should be doing?
Struggle with chest presses too. Just weak! But should not be, I do a lot of toning with weights.
RANEIR is an amazing trainer!!! I was stuck in a rut decided to try this, but he makes the work out so fun, even enjoyable with his positive, lively attitude, jokes lol . He has energy that comes off the screen into your room when you're doing this workout with him. I LOVED a couple of the moves including the transverse lunges, and one of the other compound exercises I used to find really boring and mundane. Thank you Raneir! I def feel better after /while doing your workout, keep em comin! 😀
This felt amazing! I actually liked not seeing how much time was left in the workout as I could concentrate better on each exercise plus it made the whole class go faster. Thanks Raneir.
