why am I not able to run? I weigh 80 kgs and 5'3" can anyone suggest some technique?
this was short and sweet! perfect for today when i dont have a lot of time but still wanna break a sweat. the only awkward exercise was the supine pushup. it just felt like a crunch and hurt my neck.

oh thank god the last 60 aaaggh
I replaced the step throughs with mountain climbers..the step through was too awkward.. Anyway, I hadn't done a real burn out HIIT session in about a month, so I jumped in with this one. COmplete muscle failure 30 seconds into the squat-jumps 😀
The first and second groups are the worst. I thought it got easier after those. I did manage the entire 60 seconds of jump squats, though 🙂
I can't figure out the jump throughs no matter how many times I see them. It would be nice to see a tutorial in slow-mo of the more difficult exercises.
This really was tiring! Especially the last workout
Proud to say I got through the whole last 60 seconds of freaking jump squats without stopping. I'm so dead and exhausted but I feel great. 😥😅 All thanks to Fitness Blender.
This is on my schedule for tomorrow. I am sweating by just watching it.

I have never been happier to do squat jumps in my life. The only exercise I enjoyed/like from the entire routine. I hate kickthroughs! I could never do them right. Sciatica won't let me do the pushup knees very well. Ugh! Well, my squat jumps made me happy at the end. LOL!
