I can’t see any biceps work here.
Great workout. Definitely the toughest one (which makes it the best). I had to swap Jumping Lunges for Burpees due to dodgy knees. I'm thinking that made it slightly easier for this particular workout.
Completed both the workouts back to back….phewww….drenched in sweat…but feels complete👍👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪

Those jumping lunges were SO HARD but it was also nice seeing you struggle along with us, made me feel more human for not being able to maintain the exercise the whole way through. Thanks for the workout x

This is more for mind. after doin this regularly my cardio fitness has improved. my full day is full of energy. I feel accomplished after this routine. Also He is talking throughout and doing.
