It is SO refreshing to actually see someone struggling with this! Normally people will come on going "I'm so unfit" then they end up looking like they have a private fitness instructor and work out hours every day. FINALLY get to see a normal person! And I love, love, LOVE her gorgeous hair! So jealous. Well done girl! ^-^
My butt is still sore from the past few days of the challenge!

Today is the first day I didn’t have to break the workout up throughout the day. I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass in my glutes and I didn’t even notice until I decided to do this challenge 😭
