What foods make you bloated? For me it's dairy, gluten, and added sugar! To debloat, I spend the next day drinking lots of water and filling up on lean protein, veggies, and fruits! Exercise helps too of course!

help me I have to go on stage 5 times in 3 days with THOUSANDS OF people coming, and I’m so bloated from eating and it’s so uncomfortable and I just wanna look thin

When my stomach gets bloated, EVERYTHING gets bloated 😭. My face, my legs, my stomach. It’s causes me to feel so insecure! Usually it goes away within a day, but right now I’m bloated and I feel sooo sluggish and icky.

gorillas have so much fiber and such high vitamin content in their food that they're bloated literally all the time. chimps too but gorillas more. they are, btw, both our closest relatives genetically in case you didn't know.

unlike us they don't seem to be bothered by it but then again their existence at least in the wild is far more in sync with mother nature plus they don't have the hangups about their looks/weight, etc. like we do and i believe humans are far more sensitive to bad food influences because our brains and our gut are so incredibly complicated and out bodies so weak and useless in comparison to the other animals we share the planet with. and, of course, they now know that your gut is literally a second brain in addition to the conscious and subconscious minds we're already dealing with.

the more you study the subject the more you realize human beings are a mess and we paid a whole series of big prices for advanced intelligence, walking upright, etc. the list is endless.

My bloating was from surgery, I don't listen to tictok,get real!!!! They botched my surgery cutting against a transverse nerve. They have damaged 💔 an Elect member infidel!!!! Big mistake.

I lost quite a lot of weight recently and my boobs and butt just disappeared😅 I'm not mad because running, going down the stairs, jogging etc. was REALLLY uncomfortable with bigger tahtahs lmao

what if you are skinny fat? like you don't overeat ..eat very small portions and rarely eat any junk ….yet have stubborn fat? I think I have skinny fat how do I lose it?
