30 Minute Stretches for Splits! – blogilates

Before you press play, I just wanna say the intention of this video is NOT to get you into a perfect front split in 30 minutes. You guys, that’s not possible!! What this stretch routine will do is get you CLOSER to the splits every time you do it. So will you be able to reach a front split eventually? It’s totally possible!!! Just listen to your body.

For context, I am not flexible AT ALL but I'm starting to learn figure skating and I thought it would hurt to be a little more flexible in preparation 🙂
Day 1: Hurt like hell, couldn't reach nearly as far as she did, and my splits were probably like a foot off the ground 💀
Day 2: I felt sick and was super sore so I took a rest day
Day 3: I felt like I was doing a tiny bit better on the stretches but my split still hurt to look like, back leg was super bent and I couldn't extend it for the life of me, super far off the ground 😭 if anyone had tips that would be great
Day 4: skipped, I felt like shit lol

I'm doing this! It hurts SO MUCH, but I want to get more flexible. I hope I can do this by the end of 2022.
day 1: + (I have no idea how to measure the distance between the floor and my legs, I think it's about 17 cm though)

Thank you very much for this workout! Every single part of my legs is trembling, but will see what happen after doing this for a week. Actually timer would be really nice addition – just to know how many seconds till to the end of each exercise.
