These are your LAST five moves of the 7 Day Thigh Challenge and I want you to give them 110%!!!! Think about how strong and accomplished you’re gonna feel at the end. So proud of you all for making it this far!!
7 DAY THIGH CHALLENGE:
Purpose: To slim and sculpt your thighs in 7 days!
Begins: Monday May 25, 2020
Ends: Sunday June 1, 2020
Length: 7 days
Daily commitment: 20-30 min
How it works:
Day 1-7: Take a before picture of your legs & complete the workouts listed for the day. You can even film yourself doing these and have a cool progress video that you can upload to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube at the end of the week!
Day 1-7: Make sure to drink at least 64 oz of water a day for all 7 days.
Day 1-7: Make sure to reduce your intake of refined/processed carbs (bread, crackers, cereal, pastries etc.) and replace with whole vegetables and fruits for 7 days.
End of Day 7: Take an after picture or video of your legs and upload the results to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube! Make sure to include the #7DayThighChallenge hashtag and tag @blogilates so other users can find the challenge!

If i only do this will it still work to slim down my legs?
I can finally make circles with my legs! They are actually circles, not some kind of weird up and down motion 😂 It only took 3 months of working out 👍

I have done: 20min Ab Cardio, 15min Ab sculpt, 20min Thigh Cardio, 10min thigh Sculpt, 10min Whole Body Workout 😀
I'm finishing with 1 1/2 tennis then I nap until tm~ 😌
If you set your mind to something, things really aren't so hard! I had a lot of fun today so far ☺️

Omg!.. This is a toughie, kind of evil. By the time I get to the leg circles my leg is almost dead, have to stop several times but, hey if it was all easy, no results there!
Is anybody else mostly feeling this in their hips? I think my hip flexors are dying
Will my thighs bulk up or get muscular if I do it with ankle weights? Or is it even more effective to use them?:)

Recommends on what to do instead of froggers? Unfortunately my hips pop with every movement 🙁
My biggest issue is keeping the heel of the bent legs foot planted on the ground. It's not working for me. Idk if it's cause I'm short 😭
This workout is the best workout I've done yet, I lost 1 inch in 3 days, I stopped doing it because i pulled my groin really badly by doing this, but when I stopped doing it my groin is completely fine, still recommend this workout tho

Day 1 :- omg!.. that burning got me on fire .. I'm going to do this for more than 7 days .. it's fun .. I reminded myself of how beautiful my thighs would look!!
Day 2 :- wow today was fun scissors got me perfectly.. I'm burning!!🥵
Day 3 :- Done !.. I could barely get up from a chair yesterday and today I was perfectly fine until scissors came. . going gr8 .. just 4 more dayss!
Day 4 :- Burning! Burning! Burning! .. no more words
Day 5 :- .. can't believe I made it soo long!! .. I'm already feeling the pain!! .. omg even after 5 days scissors still hit hard guyss !!!
I felt like my thighs had a 50kg stone on it while doing those circles.
Can you make more of these side lying inner thighs? I love them.

If your hip hurts can you put a pillow under your hip? Also what if my back lift even if I put my hands under my butt?

Today I put a folded cloth in between my heels while doing the second round of floggers and trust me my legs were feeling a whole different type of burn ,it was so much fun 😄

Thank you. My feet refuse to circle only I've endured with solely the lifts now doing 110 on each, daily. Definitely giving me back the sculpted thighs I once had from cycling. Best of all, no knee pain to go with it.
