It would fun to have  a contest for people show you videos or pics of their most creative weights/substitute dumbells.

Are all the workouts different from your ones on YouTube/FitnessBlender.com? Also, when buying, do you just purchase one round, which is 8 weeks, and when you're finished you can buy the next? Slightly confused, sorry! I love you guys <3

I was wondering if it is possible to keep a running routine when you start this program? Because I'd love to buy a 8 week program but keep training for a 10k at the same time 🙂

Is every round 2 weeks long? I mean, if I want to do the 8 week program, then I have to buy all the rounds from 1-5, right? I'm a little confused, sorry. 🙂

Hey, how about another 4-week low-impact program for beginners/those with injuries? You could even do an 8-week one…I'd just love to see more than one program that an injured person (like myself) can do safely. Heck, even just a couple more videos along those lines… Love you guys, though; you have been a big part of my return to fitness. My back may never heal (caught it too late), but I've still managed to lose weight with the help of you guys in addition to a better diet.

Hi guys.  Which program would you suggest for someone with a busy schedule?  I only have about 30 minutes a day for exercise.  Thanks!

Hi! I just finished browsing your website. I'm interested in doing the 4 week meal plan (omnivores) and starting with the 5 day challenge OR the 4 week low impact (idk which would be best to start with) for my hubby and I. I want/need to lose 30-40lb and tone and my hubby wants to get back in shape. Do you think this combo will work for both of us or should we try something else????
PS: I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS AND CANT WAIT TO TRY THE MEAL PLAN!!!!

Did your 5 day challenge. First day, I commented on how much easier it felt to my daughter….Ha! The next day I was sore in places I forgot about! Day 2 I felt it was fairly easy again, pssshhhh!…By bedtime my chest and shoulders were telling me how much they needed this…Love how thorough it really was. I was so used to only high intensity cardio, I neglected a lot of areas. Now I'm headed to get your 8 week program. Thank you so much for letting me sample!

Hey guys!
Do you need any equipment for this 8 weeks? I'm a beginner and don't have anything at home…

When you purchase, do you get a video or some type of text?  To me, one of the greatest values of your programs is the ability to watch you suffer along with me – just kidding – but being to watch and follow along is what I value you most.  Trying to follow from text would be hard!

Hi, I have a quick question. I'm going to start Round 5 on Monday (so that it's easier to count weeks :D) and I'm very excited about it! I know you say it's all one needs but I've been trying to work on a push-up program (3 days a week, 5 sets of different number of repetitions, for instance: 14, 19, 14, 14 and as many as you can for the last set but no fewer than 19), on and off, and I was wondering if I could combine the two because if I take too long a break I stop making any progress in the number of repetitions I'm able to do and thus I don't feel like I'm getting stronger. So would it be ok to do something like that in addition to your workout program or do you think it might have a negative effect on my ability to recuperate and get good results in the main program? Thanks in advance!
