You guys, this is your LAST 7 day challenge for May!! Once you finish the 7 Day Thigh Challenge, you’ll have done FOUR back to back challenges for 28 days straight (have you ever been able to say that before?!?!). I am SO proud of you for making it this for so let’s finish strong by slimming & toning those thighs!!
7 DAY THIGH CHALLENGE:
Purpose: To slim and sculpt your thighs in 7 days!
Begins: Monday May 25, 2020
Ends: Sunday June 1, 2020
Length: 7 days
Daily commitment: 20-30 min
How it works:
Day 1-7: Take a before picture of your legs & complete the workouts listed for the day. You can even film yourself doing these and have a cool progress video that you can upload to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube at the end of the week!
Day 1-7: Make sure to drink at least 64 oz of water a day for all 7 days.
Day 1-7: Make sure to reduce your intake of refined/processed carbs (bread, crackers, cereal, pastries etc.) and replace with whole vegetables and fruits for 7 days.
End of Day 7: Take an after picture or video of your legs and upload the results to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube! Make sure to include the #7DayThighChallenge hashtag and tag @blogilates so other users can find the challenge!

I could only do the first round and the other videos cuz I am really tired physically but still wanted to show up for myself somehow today✅✅✅
So i m gonna take this as 7 days challenge
Day 1 – ✅to be honest i doesn't hurt😅
Day 2 – ✅done see i am alive 😂

Also, I started this workout day before yesterday, and my thighs are killing me! I can really see many improvements in just a few days, I LOVE YOU CASSEY! 💕. And just so you know, Everyone is beautiful, you don't need to hate yourself just because of your body.
If someone says that you are exercising because you are fat, this just means you are improving yourself to be a better you, never exercise just to impress others, or just because they are forcing you. We do exercise for ourselves, not for others!

One question, should I continue and stick it to 7 days continuously if I felt my leg extremely sore next day? Or I should just rest and do it another day?

Cassey is so right when she says that working out is more than just for vanity. Two years ago I started following her monthly workout calendars and working out with her everyday has really helped with my depression. Thank you Cassey for your positive workouts and attitude!
