I really need to stop underestimating kickboxing workouts! My arms and shoulders were feeling it after this for sure 😀 And the yoga pilates section was harder than anticipated too! Thanks for the workout x
I only have issues with yoga because I have wrist problems aaaaaaa ;(( I still was able to do it though but it was very painful. Thank you for this!! Last day tomorrow <3 I’m going to do this again next week!

I can not be the only one who hated the antagonist curls (can't remember the name, hope that's right lol)
It was so hard to do the antagonistic curls because I couldn't keep from laughing; my elbows kept popping! Lol!
Day 1 was really tough for me, but I think it was because this has been the first time I've worked out in… like a decade. I'm very grateful for you guys. Day 4's definitely got me sweating, but I'm proud of myself.
If anyone's still reading these comments… will the yoga poses and exercises that put your weight on your hands/wrists get easier? The hand/wrist pain is what keeps me from being able to hold those for long.
Hardest : Day 3, Most sweat : Day 4, Easiest : Day 2 (mainly because I do not have any weights), Most Sore : Day 1
