Guys, build muscle does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has changed my entire life. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

It still surprises me, how lot of people are not aware about Custokebon Secrets, even though a lot of people get great results because of it. Thanks to my mate who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I have lost a lot of weight by using it without starving myself.

Girl, you said it as I was thinking it….I hate mountain climbers. Would so rather do burpees! And what do I hate more than mountain climbers?? Sidewinder mountain climbers! On another note, that was awesome, I stuck with it and did them, and I’m feeling really good and awfully proud of myself. Thank you guys for what you do!! 🙏❤️
As expert, I do think Custokebon Secrets is actually good way to lost tons of weight. Why not give it a chance? maybe it is going to work for you too.

One of the most ridiculous and useless part was “burnouts “ really? Then what was that before the burnouts? Really confused as to whether you were trying to squash all types of workouts or what?

The hardest part about building muscle is having a good diet. That was my main problem until I found the Agoge diet plan. Now I'm gaining more muscle than ever.

I definitely like burpees MUCH better than mountain climbers (probably because I injured my hip flexors & am still taking it easy on them)!

This after a cheat meal day was great. Not feeling too guilty about those fried chicken i had last night 😀
