Daniel doing 30 full pushups in the burnout round, and me not being able to do even 10 knee pushups. WHY DO I HAVE SUCH LOWER UPPER BODY STRENGTHHHH!

Also day 1 was so hard that this looked like a walk in the park! Really love this one though. Last time I did this challenge, my upper body was sore for literally 3 days after this.

Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Just do a search engine search. On there you will discover that a great guidelines about how exactly you can lost a lot of fat. Why don't you give it a chance? perhaps it can work for you too.

Guys. lost a lot of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some advice right now. Get a popular fat burn secrets called Okibetonic Secrets (do a google search). Thanks to it I have lost lots of weight. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I do not want lots of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I'm just in a great mood right now and so I will share the wealth haha.

I love this workout for the upper body. My humble request as a long time follower (8 years)….could you put less jumping Jacks in your routines? Like one series is fine…..but when it's all jumping Jacks for the cardio it's just not my favorite. Love you guys!
