To celebrate, I put together the HARDEST, most insane ab workout EVER! It’s a 5×5 workout, which means we’re gonna do 5 rounds with 5 different moves in each round, each focusing on different abdominal muscles. That’s 25 different ab exercises in 25 minutes!

If your goal is to get toned i seriously recommend blogilates, i have noticed a great difference physically and mentally, if you don´t know where to start i would suggest trying her 21 journey, then you could start with her monthly workouts, i saw results after 4 months, and i have been working out with her for 9 months now, and i could not be happier 🙂
