Looking forward to this, much needed, thank you in advance.
All the music was distracting and too loud. I had to keep the volume up to hear her instructions. This could have been 15 minutes, taking out some of the side lunge repetition which is what I did. Still very nice and I enjoyed. And wow those plants! Green envy!
Good flow but the music in the was not a good match for yoga practice.
Such a great, short but efficient practice, like usual with Phyllicia. Thanks!
Thank you, this was a change for me. Definitely doing it again
Yay, day 1 , done! Needed this stretch, thank you!!
I love this practice, Phyllicia's voice guided me perfectly and I particularly enjoyed the low-side lunge, something I am not quite used to in my yoga flow! Thank you so much Phyllicia and PS for having her! ❤️
00:17 🤓🤓🤓 Awesome!
09:29 👍👋 I really liked the flow, but would prefer much calmer music. It was too distracting.
Thank you, namaste!
Phyllicia’s voice is so calming and soothing. This was an invigorating and challenging yoga series. Thanks so much.
okay but those side lunges are no joke!! 😹
Delicious practice. Really enjoyed it. Thanks
Thank you,. Great Yoga practicing! 👍😘
Can I suggest something for next time maybe a yoga/pilates combination workout thanks.
I like the poses, great flow. It's a little fast though. The next move gets often announced when she is already halfway through it, so you have to keep the eyes on the screen at all times to keep up…
I wait for my channel
Great complex for short session and very flexible morning stretch!
Great complex for short session and very flexible morning stretch!
I wast sweataaannnggggg hunny!!! Tanks🥵🥵🤣🤣🤣😍
Great practice! Just a bit fast I think but overall a good workout 🙂
I struggled to keep up. I need to go to a beginner level. 🏃🏾♀️
Thank you so much for this! Blessings and power to you angel <3
This is my 3* per week return-to yoga session; absolutely love it. Many thanks @Phyllicia.
I wish her transitions would have been better. She was sitting and said to place your hands on your mat then she was in downward dog with no explanation of getting there. I've done a lot of yoga and transitions mean everything.
I really wanted to do this but the music is throwing it off
thank you 🙂
I am definitely warm , I loved this. I was a beat behind you but I like that I kept my pace and listened to my body while also following your flow.
Thank you for the flow, but at least for me, it was way to fast and I think also your asanas would have needed more time. The way you rush through the asanas has little to do with the yoga I love. I really hope there are no inexperienced yogis trying to to yoga with this.
But thank you for the flow !
I fully enjoyed this practice. It threw me for a loop when the practice was inspired by T, I’ve never heard that before and was genuinely interested. But as a Yogi who’s been practicing for 10 years, it’s very easy to get stuck in a practice, a sequence, or just get used to your own movements. Those some of these pastors were a pretty intense on my knees first thing in the morning, I made sure to use modifications. My body feels warm, and I feel fully present in the practice, my intention being to spend time in a space that serves me.
It was really good
who's this angel wow
Too many poses and they are very fast
i think the flow was a perfect pace, haha usually it's wayyy faster and i can't keep up. this was great.
Really nice for a Sunday morning. I found the pace to be just right for me.
Not her being my art teacher who never shows up to class-
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This workout has truly helped me to regain my flexibility. As a female nearly 50 yrs old. I found my body becoming less flexible over the last few years which was scary for me because I was always super flexible. Thank you for this amazing deep stretch video.
lol i just have to watch it for school
Thank you, Phyllicia!
I enjoy yoga and I like your techniques.
When she said “bring your left knee to your nose” I said aw hell nawl. I’m out of breath for YOGA that means I’m so outta shape 😂 I’ll get thru the whole video one day. But for now, those 6 mins did wonders 😂 I do feel good just off that. Will be attempting every morning & I hope to see improvement every morning ✅
I had to filter through 73 videos, with a few repeating to get to this #ONE by a #womanofcolor. Damn youtube algorithm shame.
As for the workout, #FIRE! I am a beginner so it went too fast for me without clear verbal cues for all the changes but with time and repetition I know it will become more fluid. Music was good, video presentation was good. Voice was clear and concise. I definitely woke up all my muscles to start the morning and fulfilled my intention of unlocking the back. #WIN
I like you but I think I needed to get in a bit deeper/slower/longer for a morning stretch
Pace is too quick
simple yet so positive and beautiful
It was very hard but fun thank you
This was excellent!
