Dear Future Grass,

EXPLAIN!

Explain why I worked out my obliques only and I am dripping in sweat from head to toe!

EXPLAIN THE LOGIC!

Imma walk you through my thought processes for each move:

Before Starting

"Yikes that last move looks HARD."
"Huh, I wonder if my family is just gonna stare at me the whole time."
"Oh, I guess my family isn't gonna stare at me. I kinda want the applause but I'm no zoo exhibit sooo…"

During Workout

"Wow I am in a REALLY GOOD MOOD!"
"Cassey Ho! Don't you DARE go over the timer!"
"My sweat towel has no use anymore, there's too much sweat on it."
"How in the world does Cassey get in that pose?"

After Workout

"OMG I FINISHED! SWEET RELIFE!"
"BAHAHAHA Cassey really thought I was gonna get out of that last move like a graceful feather. Nope, I'm feeling more like a rock."
"Awww, I got another video."
"My sweat towel kinda looks like me, drenched in sweat and defeated."
"Ewww was does my shirt look so unflattering"
"New theory: Cassey doesn't sweat because she is BLASTING her A.C. throughout the entire house.:
"I'm tired."
"Does anyone read these Dear Grass letters except for me?"
"I miss my friends. When's this pandemic over?"
"I hope my hair still looks nice."

Mmh I was so excited for this workout today, given that my weight is all focused on my belly and waist but tbh I think I did this video using a wrong posture or something..? I made sure to keep my shoulders and torso to the front (not slouching forward) but I felt only a bit of soreness during the side crunches 😞
Next time I need to be more mindful of my posture 🤞
If anyone has some tips, I would be super grateful to hear 😊

Not that I doubted you when you said they'd get easier the more we did them, but I've noticed how much easier these moves are after doing them 3 or 4 times. Thank you for posting!

I cannot lift myself at all on the elbow tap side plank. Can I just lay on my hip to do the move?
