Yin yoga is wonderful, and so good for the body especially after a workout, thank you for offering this. Only thing: this is NOT restorative yoga. If you’re going to call something restorative yoga than make it just that. This creates an unattainable image for people who have lower mobility who would be discouraged that they “can’t do” restorative yoga. These are tough stretches for some people.
