I really want to keep working out with you guys. Your awesome but I'm not sure if I can while being pregnant. If you can upload a safe workout during pregnancy, I and my baby will be so happy:). I looked into other videos but, I miss FB. Please help me/us. Thank you. ☺

Hey guys! so a suggestion for new workouts? can you guys do a workout the includes skipping (jump rope) as a interval workout – say for: a lower body focused one eg,jump squats , split squats that are in between these intervals etc. Or upper body focused one that may include push ups, or exercises that include dumbbells. you guys are awesome, take care.

I've been using your YouTube channel and website for over a year now, obviously love you all. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and have continued to do your videos, modifying when necessary. Unfortunately there will be a time, soon, when I'll have to stop exercising for a few weeks. I'll have to build my stamina back up and my strength. So maybe a program or session for something along those lines? Idk, just thinking out loud. Thank you both so much for your time and knowledge shared!
