Do you have any tips for people who work the night shift.  I started working 12 hour night shifts and it's thrown my eating and workout schedule completely out of whack.  I'm usually on my feet the entire shift so I'm getting some exercise.  I just need help with eating healthy and keeping my energy up without loading up on caffeine.  Any tips or advice would be amazing.  Thank you!

Can I do a low impact workout on the active rest day? Or it's necessary to take a rest since my body needs to recover?

Thank you so much for this video!
I was scared all the time that I wasn't doing enough but it seems I did just right.
I thought pauses weren't so good and that I should do a lot more for my fitness but since I'm barely doing rest but mostly active rest (I tend to do sports when I'm bored after school and don't wanna work xD) I think I really should calm down and try to not be so harsh with myself.
Thank you again and keep it up, your videos are awesome! <3

I've been doing your videos since a week and LOVING it! I will be doing it like forever! Can you please tell me whether it's okay to have dinner at around 10 PM, because I am generally busy all day and get to do my workout late. I finish my workout at around 9:30 PM. 🙂

I have to take a walk during my rest day, or just be up and about, or I get bored of sitting.

Hello Kelly and Daniel, is it possible for your back to be sore? Whenever I do certain exercises like last night I did your bye bye muffin top abs workout and the leg slimming pilates workout, and today my back is reallyy sore. Also is it okay to exercise when you have been very stressed lately? Does that have an effect on how your muscles work? I probably will read up about this on google too, I'm just interested to see your opinions if you replied. 🙂
I love your channel by the way I share them with everyone!

How often do you take rest days? I know its different depending on most people but I'm a dancer and I dance at my school so that's 5 days out of 7. I would consider those one of my active rest days since we don't go crazy. But if I were to do one of your videos how often would I?

How should I plan my rest days should I take two day in row or one day at the beginning of the week and the second on on the middle or end of the week?

Excuse you housework is tiring haha, I know not all types and it depends how much you do it. For example cleaning the whole house, but not thoroughly, is tiring, and that alone is almost like exercising..forget about cleaning the house THOROUGHLY. My point is, even that, sometime you gotta take a rest from.

I know I need a rest day when I am beyond tired and feel a little nauseous and dehydrated. That's when I know that I am over training and need 1-2 days of rest.

I've just started working out. It takes me 3 days after a hard aerobic workout to recover to be able to workout properly again. It's kind of frustrating to have to wait that long because I really enjoyed the group fitness classes I took. Important to listen to your body though. Trying to do some stretching at home on rest days, go cycling and walk my dog

I hate rest days because I always end up doing cardio or going for long run. Doing nothing is really boring 😒😒

I guess I do need at least 2 rest days a week because:
1) I am doing HIIT and strength training during my active days
2) I am doing your Fbabs program, lol!
3) The day before yesterday it was my second rest day and I decided to find one of your five min light warm up cardios, but in fact it was a kind of brutal warmup (pendelum hops, squats and cruel things like that) and that light warm up left me so sore that I wasn't able to do my normal workout the next day and had to wait another day to let my thigh muscles release 😀

Can someone give me some advice? Im a college student on summer vacation. Im spending 5-6 hours on my feet every day doing waitress work (yet im not losing any fat, nor gaining noticable muscle). My calves ache and my feet hurt so i cant exercise. I used to workout when i didnt have this part-time job but now that i have it, i dont know what to do.

I take 1 rest day and 1 active rest day (walking) specially when I am really sore. It helps with soreness.
