It’s august 3rd and have been so busy and haven’t been able to do these. love these workout videos!! I tried to do the workout calendar 2 years ago and I made it 2 weeks in and I didn’t continue. Now I know I’ve started today, but better late than never! And I am doing the regular calendar because I’ve been working out on my own for the last 5 months without these videos, so I think the beginners would be too easy for me. I got bored of it finally and thought I would give these a try!

Lovely workout, how do I tone my butt and legs further ? I’ve always had a jellyfish like wobbly cheeks and legs, I reckon this is to do with genes 🧬 as I am slim and eat healthy. More workouts on this area would be awesome thanks Casey

I have been doing these videos for YEARS, During the pandemic I became depressed and fell off my work out routine. I tried a few different other work outs and came back to yours. THIS ONE KILLED ME. LOL. This was INTENSE. Thank you!
