if your are doing regular squats and you feel only your things hurt does that mean that your butt is not getting harder or that you are doing it wrong?
I'm going to be honest, Jillian Michael's has some competition. She's the person I mostly workout to and her workouts are awesome, they work, but they don't leave me in pain the next day or right after the workout. Compare that to Kelli and her workouts leave me site for a good while so now I'm debating if I should do both or possibly stop doing Jillian and focus on Fitness Blender.

I always do the high intensity workouts 4-5 difficulty but this 5 minute workout- always makes me stomach sick…. I love it
i did it 2x and now so hard to stand up, and my legs are shaking.lol
Worked this one in quickly in between work and meetings. Feels good to get up and move around at least for 5 minutes, which is much better than nothing at all.

Done this so many times before in the past, came back today with a resistance band. It was leg and glute murder.

Wow…doable! I didn't think I'd do the whole thing. I start w/ 15 min Tai Chi, then 15 min total body strengthening, the did this….gettin' stronger! I'm 68. Only took about 3 months to get here. After lunch, I walk my dogs about 45 min. The poor lil old pups get tired!
One of my favorite workouts, is just perfect nice routine that I been doing for a year already, definitely I’m more toned, increasing the weight little by little 👍🏼🙏🏽
