Great whole body barre workout! I wish the L & R instructions were mirrored as it's confusing to do the opposite of what's being demonstrated. I ignored the left and right directions and just moved to the same as the instructor.

That was waaaaaay more messed up than I thought it was going to be. I nearly died. Like I'm in pretty good shape and I lift relatively heavy and this was HARD. I'm dripping with sweat.
