Mike, I'm a 5'4 endomorph woman and about 60 lbs overweight. My knees are often in pain when I workout and I've realized that I'm limited to certain movements. Keeping in mind my limitations, is your program right for someone like me? Or should I lose a bit of body fat before tackling your program?
