I like the fact that these exercises are proven and a shure way to develop results. I might through one in to my basic routine. Im also going to cut back on healthy fats and see what thoes love handles do about it. Ive been training and dieting enough to consider a little maintenance factor and start to lean out a bit to see what thoes harder workouts have been doing. Thanks for the keys.

Hey Jeff, when i do any real form of leg raises, i get a 'clicking' sound in my lower back. Does this mean anything, like am i just performing the exercises wrong or something? Please help, haha just want to know if it means i am causing some form of damage! Thanks 😊

umm I go to planet fitness and they don't have any of this equipment
What would be the modification for someone who had L5,S1 lower back surgery. I can see some of those being difficult to do with lower back issue.
Only question I have is how is the side crunch different then using the standing plate crunch that you said not to do??
