Today I’m putting your thighs to the test… can you do this full 15 minute thigh workout without taking a break? I’m not saying you shouldn’t take breaks if you need them, but I want you to push your body to its limit to get even stronger!

I honestly don’t know how I managed to not fall over cause my legs were shaaaaking so bad!
So proud for finishing this workout without breaks, but not sure if I’ll be able to walk tomorrow 😅

I thought it will burn like hell tomorrow, but it didn't that much. I can do a lot with my legs, but arms and back are my weakness 😒

I got halfway through before dinner 😂 but I love this exercise I was also using resistance bands to make it harder on myself oh yeah can you do a video on how to tone out your hips cause I’m kinda insure about mine 😄

I think I'm pretty strong 🌚. I legit did 3 leg workouts before this one and still finished this with minimum rest 😘✌️

You mentioned hip cracking! I've had this with any related movement for years and it limits some of my workouts. What is the cause? Is it bad? Are there ways to reduce it?
