You are SO CUTE! I love you, guys! Here is my suggestion: an 8 week fat loss program with two 15-25 min. daily videos: one for the morning, and one for the afternoon. So we can start the day after exercising, and come back home for a few minutes of workout before dinner. I think that it is a huge project, but it is doable with all the material you already have, and I will totally and completely buy it and follow it.
I love your dress, Kelli! You look amazing 🙂
I love your stuff! Question: Is something wonky with your website? I can't get in to my calendar. 🙁
i would like to see more arm, back and chest workout videos. especially for getting rid of flabby arms and targeting specific parts of your back like lats.
welcome back guys. I enjoy your videos and have so far lost some weight…thanks so much
You guys are the best! Great videos, with awesome tips! Such a lovely couple. Thank you for all you do. It is very much appreciated!
Hi I was wondering if you can create a program for a "typical working person", please be detailed and thoughtful as to their 8am – 5pm schedule and how they can integrate a healthy diet and exercise program in their daily life, you can probably share with me your thoughts in video and i can follow up by creating a excel schedule which documents by week daily hours and diet that a person can follow and send to you so you can provide to viewers…. let me know your thoughts
I started paying attention to my diet a year ago after reading up more on organic and natural foods. I believe that processed foods are the devils to avoid, instead of focusing on the calories of your meals. Pasta is a good choice for a meal since its filling (I prefer whole wheat pasta) and there are many healthy alternatives to the prepackaged sodium-rich pasta sauces. You can try making Alfredo sauce from cashew nuts or other tree nuts, or cooking fresh tomatoes from scratch for a tomato sauce. Don't avoid carbs because they provide us with energy to function, but having balance in your diet is the key!
Hi Kelli and Daniel, I'd really like to see a total body strength training that uses a hiit format instead of reps. I personally feel more efficient with timed intervals bc I don't have to worry abt counting reps and can focus on giving my 100% during the time limit.
Also, I think it'd be a great idea to show us your meals for a week to get some inspiration as well as reference 🙂
Glad you all had such a great time but glad your back!!
You guys are awesome! I just wanted to take some time to say thank you for the awesome and inspiring videos. I have recently just started working out. I've NEVER gotten through a whole workout without stopping the video 1/2 through and stopped exercising. When I came across your channel, I watched a couple of videos before exercising to see if I was interested. 2 weeks later, not only am I watching but I am COMPLETING the workouts! Thank you so much for getting me off the couch and keeping me motivated. I love you guys! Keep up the awesome job!!
Need a program to build upper body strength
Love your workouts!
I love your workout variety. Would love to see crossfit workouts at home!
Adorable couple!
I already love your videos but I'll suggest something cardio without any ground work – lots of soccer style drills. That type of training gets my heart pumping and gives my upper body a break. thanks
Hey you two 🙂 I would be really interested to hear what you think about the rawtill4 vegan diet? Thinking about giving it a try. Keep up the great work 😉
you are so lovely sporty couple. beautiful, down-to-earth, disciplined and harmonious. I love to watch your videos and train according to them. I used to work as a yoga teacher and fitness trainer. Now I am paused because of cancer. You always keep me motivated to go on. So thanx
Please make more step work out videos! there is only one and I feel like it gives a great work out whilst shaping booty and giving you a good work out and stamina.
I have back issues and can't do squats or deadlifts and have stay away from lifting heavy so can you guys please make more squat free workouts with no equipment? and more total body workouts with no equipment? that would be awesome if you do! thanks 🙂
Can you make a vid talking about carb cycling please?
Kelli, you are absolutely stunning!
I like the cross training idea. One of my sons decided not to do track this spring, but is still going to do cross country in the summer/fall, maybe I can get him to do the cross training videos to help keep his times good for cross country. 🙂
Hey guys! Was hoping you could share your thoughts on ketosis. As for a workout program, how about chair workouts for seniors or beginners with limited mobility? Thanks for your consideration and dedication. You guys are so awesome!
Omg I'm sorry this is unrelated to fitness but where is that dress from??? Thank you!!! -Juana Bautista (wife of this account holder! >.<@juanatakeaway ig)
I just want to thank you guys because your video's are just the right motivation for working out regularly and eating healthy. I've been struggeling with eating disorders for a couple years now and now that I can eat more than an apple without feeling guilty is so much better!
Do a 1500 calorie workout make it super duper duper duper intense
