Thanks for sharing your abs workout routines. I've been doing p90x for a couple years and Athlean X is definitely a step in the big leagues. I'm up to week 6 and the results are AMAZING! I have a couple of questions, 1. I've noticed that I've been losing a little bit of weight as I start to get shredded, should we be paying attention to our weight gains or lose? 2. Any alternatives to sleeping bat crunches since I dont have access to a low bar to hang on? THANKS JEFF.
@mcwuppy69 i dont have most of the equipment wot should i do
@lokrenzo
I do weight training at the gym and work on conditioning, abs, etc. at home. I just have some tubing, medicine ball, stability ball (jeff calls it a physioball), and those pull bars that you hang on your door. They're all really cheap and affordable. All those will probably costs you alot less than $100. I'm a little over halfway thru this athleanx 12 week abs program and the results are WOW (I've been doing p90x for years and although it does help it just does not compare).
@81wingo seriously wots ure diet like and wot other training do u do
@TenguMT Focus just a little harder on the nutrition. That will help dissolve that last stubborn area of fat that most guys carry around…right around the waist!
Jeff one question: can i do chest, back and abs workouts in a day?
Hey jeff, what is good a substitute for the last exercise? because i cant not do that one at all.
hi there … love your exercises .. but u called it home abs workout , all i can see is you using equipments that are not every day home user buy, no other way that to use those large workout equipment?
… I mean what you used for tubing punch and crunch
Hey Jeff should we go in a circuit fashion or do each individual exercise by itself?
Jeff, I can't do the last exercise – sleeping bat crunches. I simply do not have the strength to be able to do them. Any suggestions?? I decided to skip that exercise, I did the other 4 with the max number of recommended reps and it still kicked me in the gut! Th a ks for posting these very unique workouts.
