2 sets to failure means that u go for as long as u can. when u cannot do one more, you stop. and then u rest for about one minute then do it again, until failure.
also i was wondering if on the side plank rotations if it is necessary to bring your hips down.
Yep…do week 1 for a week, then week 2 for a week and so on. For best results, combine it with the 12 week AthLEAN-X Training System

hi jeff last week i was really sick (week number 2) so i only did like 3 times so should i go back to week number 2 and then week number three? thanks alot
@lokrenzo what you don't have a 25 pound plate or dumbell or a physio ball? He doesn't use any of the other stuff. The ball is 10 bucks at Canadian Tire, or whatever store you have there. otherwise improvise. Hanging leg raises with a twist, or other leg raises I would guess.
@TenguMT Tengu….there actually IS a little two pack that occupies that space that you're talking about. It's just hard to get them to show most of the time. The two things you can do to make them pop more is develop your lower chest with dips to make sure you're defining the line between the pecs and upper abs more. And make sure to do regular crunches so you work the upper abs primarily (though all one muscle group!)

@zimguy55 i am forteen i use protien powder and i do use those things like wieght plates and medicine balls i also use body wieght exercises so yah its safe if you keep correct form

This is a seriously silly question.. but whenever i do exercises that force me to lean back, i feel like i'm on my tail bone which can pretty much hurt. haha. is this normal or am i doing this wrong?
i've tried two episodes, and it really feels good, but I don't have the ball.. how can I stimulate those exercises??
what makes the abs different than other muscles that you can work them every day? are there other muscles that would benefit from more frequent workouts?
